Our Programs- Lead Throughout the Lifespan

We offer a variety of leadership programming across the generations to meet the unique needs of Marshall County.  Our programs are designed to motivate, challenge and connect emerging and existing leaders from all pathways and stages of their leadership journey.

LMC Emerge Empowers and develops diverse groups of rising high school juniors of Marshall County through integrated leadership programming and enrichment experiences that equip youth to make an impact in their community serving as mentors and giving back through service learning partnerships.

Our flagship program cultivates emerging and existing community leaders and builds leadership skills in participants and networking with community leaders to be a value-add to their organization and to the county as a whole.

Leadership Marshall County Alumni and Friends connect and network through social, educational enrichment, and service events.   

LMC Encore is for those Age 55+ participants who are at the peak of their careers, shifting to a second career, or retired and volunteering.  They bring their wisdom, expertise, and experience as they connect with like-minded senior community members in reinforcing leadership skills and bringing their strategic insight to their volunteer work with Marshall County non-profit organizations.

LMC Endeavor can help you foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and joint accountability for the success of your organization. We help increase/enhance employee engagement as it relates to your key results areas and key performance indicators.
