Our Programs- Lead Throughout the Lifespan

We offer a variety of leadership programming across the generations to meet the unique needs of Marshall County.  Our programs are designed to motivate, challenge and connect emerging and existing leaders from all pathways and stages of their leadership journey.

LMC Emerge Empowers and develops diverse groups of rising high school juniors of Marshall County through integrated leadership programming and enrichment experiences that equip youth to make an impact in their community serving as mentors and giving back through service learning partnerships.

Our flagship program cultivates emerging and existing community leaders and builds leadership skills in participants and networking with community leaders to be a value-add to their organization and to the county as a whole.

Leadership Marshall County Alumni and Friends connect and network through social, educational enrichment, and service events.
